20 Second Fitness - Week 3

So I am officially half way through with the 6 week program and I can honestly say while I am loving the work outs I am starting to crave some real results!

I will be honest with you, until this week I really hadn't been paying much attention to what I was eating.  In fact I was eating pretty poorly.  If I wanted it I ate it, but not this week!  I have been transitioning myself into a new diet system and starting to really pay attention to what I eat, which will hopefully mean that these 10-12 minute workouts will start to make more of a difference.  

The workouts this week were a lot more intense!  The muscle group specific work outs were longer and the cardio sets were more intense.  I am definitely feeling the burn and VERY out of breath when the work outs are done.
 
 So here are my updated stats.  There haven't been any major changes but there have been some inches lost. 
 
Starting Stats:
Weight: 171.5lbs
Biceps: 13"
Chest: 35.25"
Stomach: 41.5"
Hips: 43.25"
Thighs: 20.5"
Calfs: 15.5"
Week Three Stats
Weight: 171.4lbs
Biceps: 13"
Chest: 33.34"
Stomach: 40"
Hips: 41.5"
Thighs: 20.5"
Calfs: 15.5"
