The Little Bee Company - Review and Giveaway

The Little Bee Company is a truly unique diaper company.  Not only is it run by a GREAT Momma (Jona) but their diapers are made with the BEST of materials and workmanship!

When I first heard about The Little Bee Company I think what really caught my eye was that for every diaper sold they send a diaper to an orphanage to help an under privileged child get proper diapering.

When I received my diaper I was really impressed with the quality of the diaper.  The color was great, and the diaper was so soft!

Jona sent me a Bee Changed Bamboo Diaper (one sized pocket diaper) with two Microfiber inserts.  The inserts snap together which help them stay nice and secure in the diaper.  

One of the different features on this diaper is that not only is there elastic in the back but also in the front.  

I have one other diaper that has front elastic and I have to be honest I never really got a good fit with it, so I was a little nervous about this one.  We put it on for the first time and it fit great.  Colton wore it around for about 2 hours and there were no leaks despite a full diaper.  

It fit well around his legs and didn't leave any red marks. Even snapped all the way closed it did look a little funny in the front because of the elastic but it still fit great.

The next test in our house was to put it on at night.  I have a tummy sleeper and even though he doesn't sleep for very long at night yet we still usually have leaks through the front of his diaper even after just 3 or 4 hours. The first time I put it on him at night he wore it for about 4 hours and no leaks.  So I decided to really put it to the test.  I stuffed the diaper with both inserts and put it on right before bed.  This time we wore the diaper for almost 7 hours at night.  Despite two extremely soaked  inserts our jammies and sheets were completely dry!

This has actually become my go to night time diaper.

If you have ever read any of my reviews you know I am pretty picky about what I like and don't like and I usually find something about every diaper that I don't love but with this diaper I can't find one.  I truly do love everything about it!  From the color to the soakers and yes even the front elastic!!!
