Fit Friday with #NSNation

So since I Colton stopped nursing I have gained 7lbs!  I had actually lost all of my baby weight plus some and I knew that if I didn't make a change and make it quick all that weight was going to come right back.

That is why I decided to join the Nutrisystem Nation and get myself back on track.

Nutrisystem is providing me with 4 months of their Women's Program in exchange for my review and dedication to the program.

I received my food about a week and a half ago.  I had to wait a few days before I could start the program because I needed to stock my fridge and pantry with some additional items that are designed to help you stay on track and not feel hungry.

The Nutrisystem program requires that you eat 6 times a day, breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and dessert. They also ask that you eat 3 servings of fruit and 3 servings of vegetables each day.  This part has been a bit of a struggle for me.  Even though I really like fruit and a lot of veggies, I find that I just don't eat them as often as I should.  I cut them up and wash them for my kids, I just don't eat them myself.

A typical breakfast has been consisting of a NS Breakfast item, some fruit and a cup of low fat milk.
I really love this chocolate chip muffin!
I have been finding some items that I am really not too fond of, but for the most part everything has been pretty tasty.  I think so far my VERY favorite item has been a Fresh Frozen French Toast.
You cook it in the toaster so it is nice and crisp and not at all soggy like it would be if you had to cook it in the microwave.  So far the only thing I've tried and have not liked was the Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes.

My goal with Nutrisystem is to get down to 145lbs!  This would put me back to close to my pre-marriage weight!  And I really feel like it is possible!

Here are this weeks results.
Starting Weight: 171.4lbs
Current Weight: 167.8lbs
Total Lost: 3.6lbs
Goal Weight: 145lbs
