Fit Fridays with #NSNation

So week two of Nutrisystem is over and I have to say it was a really bad week!
Not because of the food but because I had little to NO will power this week.
With Thanksgiving and a 2nd Thanksgiving on Sunday and all the yummy leftovers and desserts I really struggled to stay on track.

I followed many of the Nutrisytem holiday guidelines to help me to get through the week.  Some of which were really helpful!

The biggest help to me was the eat my Nutrisystem meal as planned before heading to the holiday party.  This really did keep me from over eating.  However it didn't keep me from eating all the sweets that were there!

Even with all of the holiday hoopla I managed to maintain my weight.
I am 167.4 lbs this week, which is a steady even from last week.  Had I not followed the Nutrisystem Holiday tips I definately would have gained weight this week!

My favorite meal this week was the Mushroom Risotto!  It is super yummy and I will definately be ordering more!

  1. great job on still maintaining! I think it'd be pretty hard to stick to avoiding sweets entirely what with all the great food they have out at the holidays!

  2. Great job!! It is so hard for me this time of year and I can't just completely avoid, so I have just been allowing one a weekend. That has really helped me
