Kissed By the Moon - SoftBums - Review and G!ve-A-Way

With so many online cloth diaper stores it can be really hard to find one that gives you great customer service while still offering a GREAT selection of products.

Kissed By The Moon has managed to do both!

They offer everything from Kawaii, Oh Katy, itti bitti and DryBees to Planet Wise and Tree Hugger.

The customer service at Kissed by the Moon has been great.  My e-mails have always been answered promptly and kindly.

I was sent a Soft Bums Echo Shell in Nuclear Pumpkin and an Organic Bamboo Pod.

Let me start by saying that this picture does not do the nuclearness of this diaper justice.  The orange color is really amazing.

The softbum lines feature a slide to fit size adjuster.  It is VERY unique and works really well.

There is a small hole at the front of the diaper (I have to be honest when I got my first Omni Shell I thought this was a defect) and inside the hole there are two pieces of elastic that you can use to adjust the rise on the diaper.  It takes a little trial and error but I love that it makes the diaper 100% customizable in the legs and rise!  You should be able to find a rise that works for even the skinniest of babies.

The inner layer of the diaper is made of a super soft fleece with an outer layer of PUL.  It has industrial strength velcro that holds really well, while still being flexible.

One of the problems I have with most Velcro diapers is that the laundry tabs don't work like they should.  The laundry tabs on these diapers have YET to fail me.  They come out of the wash everytime still stuck in place.

The Organic Bamboo insert has been GREAT!  It is super absorbent and stays in place great.  Since this is an AI2 diaper it stays in place perfectly!  I have not had any leaking issues with this diaper even though an overnight wear with no additional inserts.
