So it has been cold and rainy all day today. So I spent the morning cuddling on the couch watching cartoons with my four year old while the baby napped. I let him pick the cartoon we watched and to my surprise we stopped on The Smurfs.
It brought back so many memories of being kid. I used to wake up early every day just so that I could watch The Smurfs at 6:30! It also got me thinking about how much cartoons have changed since I was a kid! Between the animation and the story lines, to the type of language used in cartoons!
I miss my Old School Saturday Morning Cartoons.

I have been collecting Rescue rangers, talespin, fraggle rock, punky brewster and other cartoons since before having kids so that would have a few more decent cartoons to watch :)
